Dilip Kumar Health Update: Veteran Actor Put On Oxygen Support, Doctor Confirms His Condition Is Stable

As many are aware, legendary actor Dilip Kumar was admitted to Hinduja hospital this morning after complaining of breathing issues. It was earlier revealed that he had been facing breathing issues since the past few days. The veteran actor has been diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion. ANI reported Dr Jalil Parkar, the pulmonologist treating the actor at Mumbai's Hinduja hospital saying that they are waiting for test results to perform pleural aspiration.
The doctor further added that he is on oxygen support and not on a ventilator. Also, his condition is now stable. The rumours of his death have been doing rounds on the internet. Taking to Twitter, Saira Banu rubbished all the rumours and asked fans to not believe in any Whatsapp messages. The tweet reads, 'Don't believe in Whatsapp forwards. Saab is stable. Thank you for your heart-felt duas and prayers. As per doctors, he should be home in 2-3 days. Insh'Allah.'
Another tweet read, 'Dilip Sahab has been admitted to non-Covid PD Hinduja Hospital Khar for routine tests and investigations. He's had episodes of breathlessness. A team of healthcare workers led by Dr. Nitin Gokhale is attending to him. Please keep Sahab in your prayers and please stay safe.' Manoj Bajpayee replied to the tweet saying, 'Praying for Dilip Saab's speedy recovery.'

For the uninitiated, Dilip Kumar was hospitalished last month as well and was discharged after a couple of days. Fans are praying for his speedy recovery.
